Always a great service from the moment you walk through the door. Everyone is so helpful and friendly . Dealt with a lovely lady jasmine on this occasion and feel she really went above and beyond to help resolve any issues. Will always continue to use them :)

My assessment is based on my experience on arrival at the dealership. I have selected a couple of lesser scores below as I booked a 10:00 appointment on the website - very easy - only to be contacted via email telling me it was unavailable and asking me did I want the earlier appointment at 8:00. I had avoided this as I wanted to avoid getting caught up in rush hour traffic and made this point during a subsequent telephone conversation - I accepted the appointment whilst pointing out the possibility of me been slightly late due to the traffic (between Leeds and Wakefield) and this was seemingly ok at the time … so I was a little disappointed that I got a call at 8:06 (as I was parking in the car park) pointing out that there was a technician “waiting for me” with the inference I was in the wrong (having accepted the suggested alternative appointment time thinking I was being helpful!).

Both Jasmin and Sal (engineer) were excellent, VW could learn a lot from your staff, the way they treat customers, their knowledge and empathy
