Thank you for taking the time to reply to my previous review, i made the comment . I haven’t given up yet. How things can change in a few da “WELL I HAVE GIVEN UP NOW “ I sent several emails today not one was responded to I offered a solution to collecting a car from you , which was suggested by one of your employees but i wanted the whole experience, visit the garage, pick u the car and drive away . I realised this was not going to be possible and thought the idea of meeting somewhere was the only way as suggested as i live almost 600 miles away plus i have a sea crossing and only a day to do it in, thank you for the offer of accommodation but i needed to be back the same day. As i said previously i sent 3 or 4 emails maybe more on perhaps where we could meet but did not get a reply, i don’t know your part of the country so i was hoping for some input but not a word . I did miss one phone call from you today but hadn’t realised it.,hardly the end of the world I even offered to pay £250 deposit on my return home if you sent the document to secure a deal . I heard nothing , received nothing not even a receipt to say they had received any communication on my offer to pay the deposit or my suggestion of meeting part way I am very disappointed as earlier in the day i withdraw an offer on another Tiguan in favour of yours . I appreciate Saturday is a busy day for sales executives, the car may of sold i don’t know 1 am no longer interested now after that PREVIOUS REVIEW Excellent customer service from Athina and Bradley .I wished i lived closer as i know i was getting a quality car from a quality garage. Just that bit to far to travel otherwise i would be the proud owner of lovely Tiguan . I regret it was just not possible, and the chances of finding something similar are remote

The service I received from Amy whilst dropping my car off and picking it back up was both friendly and very professional. I was advised of what would be happening with my car and then called as soon as my car was ready for pick up. During that call I was also advised of the issues found whilst the mechanic performed a health check. As my best friend is a mechanic and runs a garage I said I was able to get any work done by him. This was not a problem to Amy and she remained courteous throughout the call. My car was also cleaned both out and in which was very welcome. Thankyou!
