As always, Alan Cushing exceptional in his role. I have now been dealing with Alan at Mercedes-Benz of York for 14 years and is an absolute legend and formidable asset to the company. I arrived at 8:30am and was seen by the service personal, within minutes. They said they would need the car for approximately two to three hours and did I want to stay onsite and wait for the vehicle. I declined and took the bus into York. While in the city I received a phone call about 11:30am, to say that the car was ready for collection and had been given a complimentary wash. I returned to Clifton moor and after a de-brief by the service personal I found myself on the way home by lunchtime.

The service manager was very accommodating, and the repairs very efficiently.
