Good customer service again at Porsche Newcastle and I’m confident that a thorough service of my car was carried out. I was delighted that a loan car was arranged for the full day, especially given it was the new electric Macan. A couple of negative points of feedback: 1. When I collected the car on 9th November I did notice that it had not been washed and vacuumed, which is unusual at an official Porsche centre. 2. The service book had not been stamped. Given the importance of having the official stamp in the book this was disappointing. Fortunately I checked before leaving the Porsche centre and it was rectified immediately. Usually there is a phone call the day before the service to confirm the works to be carried out, but this did not happen.

Nipped in to have a look round as I’m considering upgrading my cayenne. Louis was quick to offer assistance & a cup of coffee, lovely chap, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, happy to spend more time than I had available going through different options. If & when I decide to make the jump, he’s definitely taking my order. Thanks for the great service.

Car was originally booked in for July repair, rang the day before with a non-related query, and we informed that the parts for the warranty were not available. Took around a further 2-3 months to get parts. Also no courtesy cars available until December !
