Two different warranty jobs recently, not sure if this is for new clutch of new doors but I'll answer for both. Re Clutch, went okay but disappointed in Lotus for not covering the whole cost ( Not a JCT issue) However it transpires that with the best intentions, an additional bumper repair ( due to JCT damaging it on a previous visit) is substandard and will need rework. Also on Clutch, the car will now rarely find reverse gear ( mainly when cold) and despite video evidence you cannot replicate it. The replacement doors are not aligned evenly which means more rework and another visit. Andrea, the receptionist has been the main point of communication on this and I would have thought someone more senior might be showing an interest and apologising for this. When I collected the car the interior was unclean on the drivers side ( when I presented it very clean). Andrea apologised for this but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. The courtesy car from the Bodyshop was poor, 5 weeks in a 999cc car is hard work.
