Generally very good service. Kept up to date with progress throughout. Only problem was I was told I would be delivered a coutousy car by the company and they would collect my vehicle, only to be told they didn't offer this service. Eventually the lady on the phone accepted my request and miraculously they do offer this service. Car retuned in great condition and repairs look top notch Garage not ideally located, but thats not their fault. The work done was excellent

Just purchased an Audi SQ7 from JTC600 in Boston and it’s been a really nice easier experience. I dealt with Ryan who didn’t hesitate to send lots detailed images & videos along with all the information I requested. Ryan went above & Beyond and even came in on his day off to cater to my diary schedule. I would recommend Ryan and the team and the cars great!

I would have given a 5 but the salesperson I arranged the purchase with was absent when I arrived to pick the vehicle up. The young lad Conner who was pretty much thrown in at the deep end, did his best with a little help from his colleagues.
