Poor communication. We were not told when booking the van in or on drop off that it would need to be kept overnight. We were asked when dropping the van off if we were waiting for the van, we were told we would be phoned when the work was completed, by 16.00 we phoned to be told it would be kept overnight. On picking the van up the manager insisted he had told us it was a two day appointment, he had not.
