Having only just left a 5 star review I felt compelled to give another 5 star review. Unfortunately when my FF returned from its service it threw up ever fault possible. Having spoken with Darrell in service we decided that I keep the car and charge the battery, as this is a common fault when batteries are low. I was happy to keep the car as I wanted to use it that weekend. Unfortunately it wasn't the battery,it was a failed sensor. It was just a coincidence that it happened when it did. So the car went back and the 2 failed sensors where replaced under warranty. As always the service and communication was excellent. My FF was delivered back to me yesterday and it was so good to hit the road again in her, an amazing Ferrari. A big thank you to Rachel, Darrell,Nick and Darren.

Kept in touch. Personal attention. Polite and courteous. Taxi service home - both ways - with polite technician. Clean tidy dealership; always made welcome for a coffee. The only minor glitches, which are not criticisms of the dealership, are: - the radio always comes on with the ignition; apparently a manufacturer issue. - a new shock absorber was delivered to the dealership faulty, had to be replaced, resulting in the car being in for longer.

I came with a friend just to look around and take some photos and what a place it is, as soon as we arrived we checked in with Isabella to make sure it was okay for us to look around and we were provided with amazing customer service- All the staff were very friendly around the dealership and before we left we got speaking with Isabella and just got to know more about the dealership and the stock which was very interesting (especially the F50 and its value!). Overall, the stock was amazing, the customer service was amazing and don’t have any faults for the dealership!
