Lovely welcome every time I came to the showroom. All staff very friendly and helpful. Recall completed and when I came to pick the car up the key wouldn’t work. I spoke to lady (forgotten name, geordie accent) she came out with me, had the key battery changed at no extra charge and helped me solve the issue. Such great service!

Slightly disappointed appointed at the time I had to wait to book my vehicle in for the check as my sos warning was to proceed immediately to a workshop.on the day didn’t get the promised update on the work being carried out and when I rang late in the day the agent who answered the telephone was unable to contact service to see at what point my vehicle was at.eventually received a call to say my vehicle was ready for collection leaving me little time to get to pick it up,then I was presented with an invoice for the cost even though I had mentioned I was on the all in service plan.Michelle was very helpful and was able to rectify.

The customer service provided by Chris Mountain in the spares department was 2nd to none. This is service at 100% . He provided assistance. Excellent

The premises are very smart and welcoming. The vehicle I bought was prepared to a very high standard, as I thought it would be. The members of the sales team I had dealings with were all very friendly, courteous and professional, especially Lewis Parish, who concluded the transaction and 'walked' me through the process.

Staff were very efficient and friendly. I had booked a 'Wait' service appointment and was given space and coffee to work in.
