Rebecca Hart helped me from the start and made the process of buying a car an enjoyable experience. I usually dread changing cars and feel overwhelmed and pushed into purchases, but this experience was completely different. I had all the information, time to decide, open communication and felt she listened to what I wanted and navigated the process for me, I could not be happier with my new car and the experience of buying it.

I felt that phoning me to tell me the car was ready and agreeing a pick up time was supposed to mean that I arrive, do the paperwork and then drive away. It does not mean that I arrive and sit there for an hour whilst road tests and whatever are undertaken. Not impressed !!

David Craig was very helpful and approachable. He listened well to what had been going on with my car over the last few months and showed he cared.
