Josh Leeming at Lincoln Audi went above and beyond when I purchased my Audi A3. He has helped me since buying the car in setting up the onboard computer and various settings. I would definitely look at Lincoln Audi in the future when I need to change my car. I would also ask to deal with Josh.

We received an exceptional customer service experience from Ryan Hynes and Emily in the sales team, regarding the purchase of our Audi Q5 at JCT600 Audi Lincoln. After going through many Q5's we were able to select and purchase a vehicle with low miles, no marks, and with 2 years servicing and warranty. Everything was completed within 10 days, and delivered to our home. Thank you.

I went to Lincoln Audi with a view just to have a look, after two hours I purchased an Audi Q5, Rachel Smith was the sales advisor, she was similar ly brilliant. Rachel took the time to talk through options and at no point did I feel any pressure to buy.The support from Rachel was second to none, it was like buying a car from a trusted friend, I will be going back as the experience and the car is superb!
