We are a charity so our drivers are volunteers, and generally in their 70's. JCT agreed a time with us to not keep our driver waiting, as he had travelled over an hour to get there, and they stuck to the time, and turned the vehicle around, having diagnosed and repaired in very good time. The little safety check video and advisory was a nice touch, however, the tyre prices were a little high. Maybe if a varied budget of options were offered, we may have had them replaced.

Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful and spent time to go through the handover at our pace to make sure we were happy. He even came in to work on his day off so hand over was completed on a convenient day for us.
