Managed to get an appointment quickly after calling. Car was ready quickly. Nice that car was cleaned too. Communication on when car would be fully ready (papers included) could have been better as tracking link said car was ready when it had finished in workshop although car wasn’t ready to collect due to papers not being ready.

I had been promised verbally that this would be a free service, and this was honoured with no problems. My general experience and feeling about going in there was good, it feels a bit more professional, friendly and organised than other companies I've dealt with in the past. Car super clean afterwards as well, which is appreciated!
