I arrived at 8:30am and was seen by the service personal, within minutes. They said they would need the car for approximately two to three hours and did I want to stay onsite and wait for the vehicle. I declined and took the bus into York. While in the city I received a phone call about 11:30am, to say that the car was ready for collection and had been given a complimentary wash. I returned to Clifton moor and after a de-brief by the service personal I found myself on the way home by lunchtime.
The service manager was very accommodating, and the repairs very efficiently.

Some issues with trying to book, initially no confirmation from the online system and then I called but couldn't get through to Merc (kept diverting to Audi) so wasn't expecting much after that and several previous visits that had not been great. Pleased to say that Alan Cushing finally delivered the service I would expect, I don't ask a lot, a pre visit call to understand what the issue I wanted looking at was a pleasant surprise, then a call with an update once the vehicle has been looked at and a call to say the car was ready and I'm happy.

I rated the handover as excellent because the process was seamless from start to finish. Michael Douglas was incredibly professional and friendly, making me feel valued as a customer. He took the time to walk me through all the key features of my new Mercedes-Benz CLA, ensuring every aspect of my new car was thoroughly explained and that I was knowledgeable about the car before driving away. He also helped me download the Mercedes App and helped connect my phone to the car. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations and I’m thankful to Michael for his help. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided.
