1 | We do everything
Why go to three different places when you can come to just one?
Whether your vehicle is due its MOT or service, you need a set of new tyres, or you’ve had a bump and you need some damage fixing, we can do it all.
Every one of our locations can service any make or model of car, and we can take care of sourcing and fitting some new tyres too.
If you’ve had a bump, our Accident Repair Centres are the experts in making your vehicle as good as new again when you’ve had an accident, and if the accident wasn’t your fault, then give our Accident Aftercare Programme a call.
They’re on hand to make the experience as stress-free as possible by being there to arrange vehicle recovery, replacement hire vehicle, and to coordinate repairs while your car or van is in our care. We’ll even speak directly with the party at fault and your insurers so you don’t have to.
2 | We only use the best parts and equipment
Whether a workshop technician has been with us since their apprenticeship, or they’ve moved across from another business, we make sure they all receive the very latest manufacturer training.
That means they know your vehicle inside and out, so your car or van is in safe hands.
And on top of that, our long-standing relationships with the world’s best manufacturers is thanks to our strong reputation of doing top-notch work using only the best parts.
Every part that is fitted to your vehicle is manufacturer-approved, and all our technicians use tools and equipment that are approved by our manufacturer partners too.
No cheap replacements, no half-measures, no making do. When your vehicle is with us, we look after it the right way.
3 | You see what we see
We know that there’s a stereotype that garages can be dishonest sometimes, but we’re here to fight that stereotype.
Transparency is important to us, so whenever you bring your car or van in for a service, you’ll receive a video of us carrying out a Vehicle Health Check, or us focussing on a particular area that we think needs attention. We show you exactly what we see.
We’ll show you the good stuff, and we’ll show you the things that either need addressing now or will need addressing in the near future, along with a simple explanation about why something needs some attention.
In the video, you’ll see us using tools like a tread depth gauge or a set of callipers, so you can be assured we’re basing our assessment on facts and legal requirements, rather than just gut instinct.
4 | You can pay the way you want
Everyone knows the cost of living is generally on the up, so when it comes to keeping your car or van in top condition, we’re here to help.
If you’d prefer to spread the cost of a bill out, rather than pay it all in one go, then our flexible monthly payment options let you do just that. You can choose to pay nothing on the day then pay over 3 months, or you can pay a quarter up front then spread the rest over 4 to 6 months. It’s completely interest-free, and applying for pre-approval won’t affect your credit score either.
Better still, spread the cost of servicing your car or van with one of our service plans. They’re a great value way to cover a few years of servicing, and you can either pay in one go, or spread the cost out over monthly payments.
That means that servicing your car is inflation-proof, and you don’t need to worry about costs going up when the time comes to get your car serviced. Just book it in!
