As my previous was written off and my loan car expired on 17th November l asked if it was possible to get a new car before then. Jim Hughes took the initial steps to achieve this then Zee Miah took over. The deal I was offered was excellent and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. The quickest I have ever bought a new car. I collect my new car on 14th November.

The team is genuinely friendly and welcoming. I appreciated having access to a comfortable office space to work in and enjoy a coffee while my car was being serviced. Everything was spotless, and I liked the transparency throughout—especially with the video assessments, which made it easy to understand any work done and any issues found. The documentation provided was thorough and clear. The only improvement I’d suggest is the WiFi, which was a bit spotty, but I managed by tethering my phone. Overall, a professional and customer-friendly experience!
